Barrilla, a publication of the Central Bank of the Philippines. These pamphlets were published quarterly by the Money Museum, which is located in the Central Bank complex. If you visit the Philippines, this is a place you must visit. They have a fantastic collection of Philippine Numismatic items.

These publications and the information they contain are very hard to find. I was told (by the dealer who sold me my set) that there are 33 different editions, starting with the 1st edition published in July 1974 and ending in the last edition published in December 1989.
