Antique Staffordshire Pink Lusterware Large Covered Sugar Early Piece
Lovely early large covered sugar, English I believe, probably Staffordshire? Pink Lusterware with copper tones. It's actually without damage like chips or cracks but does have discoloration to the pottery itself (priced accordingly). I understand it is possibly to treat the discoloration but I leave that to the new owner. Some light crazing. Beautiful florals and leaves with ribbons on the body. Some of the lusterware has wear but I would date this to about 1860 or so. Two handles as you can see. Lovely display piece. 6.5" to lid finial x 7" handle to handle. Two pink numbers or a number and letter on the base.
