PAINT/DECALS/TEMPO ARE IN FAIR SHAPE, THE WHEEL WELLS & FRT BUMPER HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY MODIFIDE. THE MOTOR RUNS GREAT. THE CHASSIS IS SOLID, INTACT & CLEAN. GEARS LOOK GOOD, THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED AND OILED. CONTACTS LOOK GOOD. TIRES, GOOD. CAR HAS BEEN BENCH TESTED AND READY TO RACE. (This is our CONDITION GRADING Scale, we work to be fair & honest and is to our best judgment and experience).

<>PLEASE BE AWARE that some old and or vintage models do not perform and or assemble like todays more modern models. Also older plastic parts tend to get a bit brittle over the years and can break or snap easy under 'typical' pressure or use. Model Kits that are still in there Factory Sealed Box, or if the box is opened, but the parts inside are still in there factory sealed bags, may age better than opened boxes with open parts bags. For younger model enthusiasts, parental guidance is recommend. Please understand that these models are sold for Stationary Display only and should not be played with, there is no guarantee of actual performance or rolling ability.
<>You may return most new unopened items, loose used items, and vintage collectable items within 30 days from the date of purchase of your order for a full refund of the item(s). Non-Returnable items will be noted on the ad/description page. Our customer must first call or email us for an RA#, (return authorization number) before the item(s)are shipped back. The returned item(s) must have the original sales invoice/packing slip and (if new) still be in it's factory sealed box/packaging, un-opened for a refund. If the customer has just changed there mind and no longer want the item(s), then the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us. We will refund and or pay the return shipping costs of the item(s) to us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item). PayPal and or Credit Card fees are non-refundable unless the item you received is our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item). There are some items that we can not accept returns on (mainly open, unboxed, used, not new items with no factory packaging), this will be noted on the ad/description page.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days once the returned item(s) have been received(scanned delivered to MotorHead Hobbies by the shipper) by us and inspected. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (normally 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it is normally 7 business days or less.
If you need to return an item, please email or message us with your original invoice number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with an RA# & instructions for how to return your item(s).
