    Cam-Line Measuring Tape, LINE, STAINLESS STEEL CABLE, 300 FEET LONG!! GENTLY USED. It’s really a measuring cable. The agricultural and forestry departments use these to quickly and accurately measure the depth of water in wells. Surveyors use these in the fields where trees, crops, or high winds are a hindrance. AT EACH FOOT ON THE STAINLESS STEEL CABLE THERE IS A PIECE OF COPPER STAMPED WITH THE NUMBER OF FEET FROM THE LEAD WEIGHT. (Please see photos 8 & 9).
    I LET ALL 300 FEET OF CABLE OUT AND REELED IT BACK IN. (Please see the 300’ mark in photos 10 & 11)
    The cable is not perfectly straight in the approximately first 6 feet. This doesn’t affect the performance of this MADE IN USA BABY TOOL!!!
    There are scratches on the plastic consistent with age and use.

Measuring grommets are stamped on line at 1´ intervals. Can also be used by surveyors in the field where trees, crops, or high weeds are a hindrance. Total length for the tape is 300´. Comes complete with handle and lead weight.
