Absolutely stunning , Art Nouveau "Be Be" with a royal crest
labeled designer black hat.
I bought this in England over 20 years ago.
I do not know how significant the c
rown is on
the
label. It has
what looks like an o with an underscore under it.
This hat has almost an "Napoleon-nick" look to it.
The front lower part is black cotton velvet and top a
thinner silk material.
The front also has some
fantastic black feather and
a carved or cut piece.
The back has a big soft bow attached.

Condition :  Great ,front carved adornment is cracked in several place.
Flowers look new to me.
Condition chart:

its in pristine condition.
* Excellent : Worn, but does not show any signs of wear,
that I can see.
+ Great : Worn but near perfect . Small signs here and there .
Pinholes barely detectable flaws, remember it is vintage.
~ Good: Still wearable
