The Intoxilyzer 400 is a fuel cell-based
breath alcohol
testing instrument that features an automatic breath sampling system, data storage of more than 100 tests and a communications port for test result printing or downloading to a PC for record-keeping and data management. The Intoxilyzer 400 comes with three testing modes: screening, confirmatory and combination (includes screening and confirmatory modes with a 15 minutes wait between the two when required).  Applicable markets for the intoxilyzer:

:Turns on as shown but indicates "E1 error" which is a fuel cell sensor error, possibly needs just cleaning, but maybe replacing, which I was told by the manufacturer is in the 0 range, priced according to condition with accessories, has a crack under the battery cover that is strictly cosmetic and is covered except for a small spot on the side, you can save a lot of money by getting this fixed as opposed to paying ,000+ for another one, see pics for all details
