Large Ando Togoro 9 3/4” Celluloid Doll Japan Vintage Toy Red Swimsuit

9 3/4“ tall a rather large size for these dolls
Marked with a plus sign inside a circle and Made in Japan. Symbol is attributed to Ando Togoro.
Painted side glancing eyes
Arms are loosely strung
Black paint on legs.
Small amount of paint loss on the back of swimsuit.
An impressed line on her leg
Handwritten marks on the bottom of feet, feet are curved in on the bottom and dented at the heels but she still stand without assistance.
This is not my area of expertise so I cannon ascertain if there is any repaint or repairs.
