New unit but damaged during transit/handling.  Untested and no warranty is given or implied thus the cheap price.  Never installed but there is no box, hardware or manual/instructions included, just the unit.   This unit is currently discontinued but has historically retailed for ,729 at a major AC supplier.  To find more on this unit, please Google SANYO CL2472, there is a lot of sources for specifications on this unit on the web.  There is some cosmetic damage to the outer case and some fins on the radiator are bent but the core tubes do not appear to be damaged.  This unit may work as-new, OR it may require repair, I have no idea and do not have any way to test.    Pickup is free.  Otherwise, BUYER pays freight, can be arranged by seller or buyer, either way.  AS-IS.
