Return Process:
1, Buyers find problems please contact the seller customer service immediately to explain the product problems.
2.Provide pictures and video of product quality problems in as much detail as possible. The information must include photos of the quality problems (from multiple angles), photos of the position of the quality problems on the whole product, and photos and video of the impact of the quality problems on the use of the product. Those who cannot provide pictures and video seller will not accept refund application.
3. Both parties shall negotiate the return or compensation standard.
4. If you need to return goods, you need to pack them as required.
5. Refund within 3 working days after return to warehouse.

Refund Standard:
1. Within 2 months from the date of sale, it is confirmed that the product is defective and the product has not been used, and the product is packaged according to the requirements, with a full refund. If the product is returned, the seller shall bear the freight.
2. If it is not the quality of the product, if the buyer buys the wrong size or does not want the product, the buyer shall pay the freight for the return of the product, and the refund shall be at most 80% of the product price. For the products that can be sold after confirmation by both parties, the buyer needs to help the seller sell the products again, and the seller shall cooperate with the delivery and pay the postage. All the sales proceeds, after deducting the platform transaction fees, will be returned to the buyer.
3. If the product has been used within 2 months from the date of sale, the maximum compensation shall be 50% of the selling price.
4. Products that have been sold for 2 months after the sales period and have been used will not be returned or refunded. Both parties shall provide paid or unpaid maintenance guidance and assistance through negotiation.
