  • Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No makeup residue, stains, rips or holes. Slight surface soil on inside ruching on brim but nothing that takes away.     Description

    This is a beautiful little 40s, crazy, "tippy" hat.  It is made of gold colored silk velvet which is ruched and decorated with fuchsia colored feathers in a pin wheel design.  The label on the inside reads:  "An Original Vogue Hat By: Garfunkel".  The other label states the size as "22".
