This is a lovely vintage Union Made black velvet and pleated satin formal dress molded frame style hat
.
Inside circumference is approx 22 inches size M and approx 2 inches high.  It is in very good vintage condition.  The size chart we have provided will give you a general idea for sizing but to be certain please compare measurements to a hat you already own.
Nice vintage condition. No holes or stains. The netting needs a little adjusting, it is a bit untidy from the hat box. It may even look nice tucked under the edge when worn. I suppose it could even be removed if desired.
