vintage wide brim halo ladies hat shallow low crown gothic black 100% wool felt
this is a very unique hat!
it is basically a fascinator hat which has a chin strap, with a ring style floating brim around it. mesh detail and bow.
is unbranded but is marked 100% wool
made in USA
There is some glue that holds the ring on in front and it is lifted a little bit. could use a nother dollop of glue. looks like hot glue actually. So maybe it was originally sewn on. I am leaving that up to the buyer. The chin strap looks like it was repaired at one time. see photos of all issues mentioned above.
the brim part is 2.5" wide
inside measures 22" of the part that actually fits on the head.
