Vintage, Chic and Glamorous, Women's White Velvet hat that is embellished with Pearls, Sequins, Rhinestones and hanging Faceted Crystal Beads that dangle from the hat.
Designed by Gladys & Belle 20 West 57th Street, New York City sometime in the 1940's-1950's, yet so perfect to wear today.
In excellent vintage condition with two sewn in hair combs and a clean interior except for some soiling around the inner edge as shown in the last 2 photos.
